Aroma triploid variety that was bred by U.S.D.A. from Hallertau, Cascade, Northern Brewer, and Early Green. It is perceived as the most pungent of the triploid Hallertau family of hops.
Cinnamon, pepper and nutmeg notes. spice and floral tones, similar to Hallertauer, but almost no bittering.
Pilsner, Lagers, Kolsch, IPAs and Ales.
Alpha acids: 3-5%, Beta 4.5 - 6.7%
