Policy Details

  • No Returns Accepted
    All products sold by Happy Hops Farm are final sale. This helps us maintain product freshness, quality, and safety for all customers.
  • Satisfaction Assistance
    If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you are otherwise unhappy, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a photo if applicable. We will review your case and offer a replacement, store credit, or other remedy at our discretion.
  • Damaged or Defective Items
    Report damaged or defective items immediately. We may request photos to assess the issue and determine the best resolution.
  • Shipping and Lost Packages
    Once a package leaves our farm, responsibility for transit lies with the carrier. If your package is lost or delayed, contact us and we’ll help investigate with the carrier.
